Summary: Take direct ownership of Digby Fine English's marketing ecosystem by partnering with the CEO, external agencies, and eCommerce teams to project-manage campaigns, elevate brand presence across trade and consumer channels, and hit the ground running autonomously from day one.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing, Brand & Campaign Management: Drive the annual strategy and budget with the CEO, optimize acquisition funnels, align trade/consumer messages, deliver multi-channel campaigns, act as Brand Guardian, coordinate events/agencies, and track customer interactions from event-driven campaigns to feed the sales pipeline and boost retention.
- eCommerce & Retail Marketing: Implement seasonal digital marketing campaigns, own digital UX, work closely with external agencies leading digital and social media campaigns for monthly reporting, present performance metrics and actionable insights, and monitor market intelligence.
- Trade Events, PR & Networking: Organize and host trade events, execute milestone product launches, nurture the wine trade network, and passionately champion the brand story to press, PR, and influencer contacts.
About You
- Experience Level: 3+ years in a Marketing Executive or Coordinator role within wine, spirits, luxury FMCG, or premium hospitality, ready to step up and work autonomously from day one.
- Track Record: Proven hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns, email automation, and performance analytics.
- Commercial Mindset: Ability to balance creative content creation with data-driven KPI reporting and budget management.
- Tech / Tools & Logistics: Experience with CMS platforms like Shopify, CRM and email tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp, basic asset editing software, and a full UK driving licence for travel between Arundel, London and event venues.
