DIFY | London | Full-Time | £36,000 + 2% Equity | Starting January 2027 DIFY is building the operating infrastructure for the UK driving instruction market — helping independent instructors and driving schools manage bookings, learners and day-to-day operations through one platform. We are looking for an Operations Lead to work directly with the founder and take ownership of how the company operates as DIFY moves from early-stage validation into growth. Day-to-day business operations across DIFY. • Building and improving internal processes, workflows and SOPs. • Coordinating across product, sales, marketing and field teams. • Supporting white-label driving-school deployments as these scale. • Helping recruit and manage future operations and support staff. • Working directly with the founder on company planning and execution. For an exceptional performer who demonstrates the ability to operate across the business, there is a potential pathway to Chief Operating Officer within approximately 12 months. This is performance-dependent and not guaranteed by tenure. Compensation £The cash compensation reflects DIFY's current stage, while the equity is intended to give the successful candidate meaningful ownership in the company they are helping to build.
