Our client in the public sector is currently searching for a number of Agile Business Analysts to join them on their high-profile digital transformation projects.

As the Agile Business Analyst, you will be working on one or more agile projects, typically to help deliver a specific product or digital transformation via a multidisciplinary, highly skilled digital team. The Business Analyst will work with the client in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, user acceptance, implementation, and documentation.

Main responsibilities:

  • Working with the business in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, user acceptance, implementation, and documentation.
  • Working within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Helping to ensure products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage of the project (Alpha/beta/production).
  • Actively participating in the Business Analyst community, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge and bringing in best practice.

Skills and experience:

  • Proven experience working for digital software/web development companies.
  • Project lead for the requirements process, building digital services end to end.
  • Work with the delivery team to translate the business vision into effective requirements to support development.
  • Create and present effective solutions to all stakeholder levels.
  • Work with the wider UX group to ensure usability and accessibility best practices.
  • Establish a high level of knowledge in the latest BA/UX methods and techniques.
  • Through understanding of the Software Development Life-Cycle (e.g. Requirements, Design, Development, Testing) and working in an Agile environment.
