Agile Business Analyst- Leading Public Sector

Contract Period: 3 months
Start Date: Monday 7th January 2019
We at Difrent, a digital consultancy team are hiring an Agile Business Analyst to join a newly formed team on a contract basis to partake in a project for a leading public sector, a client of ours in London.
As an Agile Business Analyst, you will be highly motivated and even more meticulous. You’ll have a passion for delivering digital solutions, capturing necessary requirements and significantly contributing to architecting a solution that fits perfectly.
Skills and experience:
- Demonstrate experience of Public Sector
- Experience of the BA role within agile frameworks
- Experience of looking at APIs and have experience of providing requirements (in an agile way) to dev teams
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience of working and completing projects within an agile development environment.
- Proven experience of a Product Development Strategy and Product Roadmap.
- Expertise in creating a Prioritised Product Backlog to enable Agile development.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience of stakeholder relationship management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain new techniques, concepts and analyses to non-technical stakeholders, to influence their decisions.
- Excellent facilitation skills to run effective workshops and document findings.
Key accountabilities
- Development of a Product Development Strategy
- Creation of a medium/long term product roadmap.
- Prioritising product backlog to enable development of an alpha solution for our client and enhancing the acute application.
- Developing iterative wireframes to facilitate development of the updated solution.
