As an SMB Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, within your designated territory. You will work closely with the UK sales team to develop and execute sales strategies aimed at increasing our market share in the SMB segment. This role requires a proactive, organised and results‑driven professional with a proven track record in building and closing a high value pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify clear ICPs and establish relationships with potential SMB clients through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, networking and referrals.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and sales targets.
- Client Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and position our solutions effectively to meet those needs.
- Presentation and Demonstration: Present and demonstrate our products and services to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition and how you fill their needs.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals that are beneficial for both the client and the company.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus. Native‑level English. Additional language is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
