Business Analyst / Data Analyst to join our growing team.

This hybrid role combines business analysis, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and data analysis to help clients make informed decisions and deliver meaningful change.

Working closely with client stakeholders and delivery teams, you will gather and analyse requirements, review business processes, interpret data, and support the development of practical, evidence-based solutions that deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, document, and manage business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to understand business needs and define solutions.
  • Produce process maps within live workshop environments (remote and face-to-face).
  • Analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and insights.
  • Develop business requirements, user stories, process documentation, and reports.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to support solution design and delivery.
  • Translate complex data and information into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Support business change activities, including impact assessments and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a hybrid BA/Data Analyst role.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Experience analysing data and translating findings into actionable business insights.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business process mapping and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience producing business requirements, user stories, process maps, and functional documentation.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience working with

Salesforce CRM and an understanding of business processes supported by Salesforce.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid, client-facing consulting environment.
