Differentis is seeking an experienced Business Architect to lead enterprise-level business architecture and support complex client transformations. This role focuses on shaping business strategy, operating models, and value streams while building strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders. You will translate complex business challenges into clear architectural insights and practical transformation plans, acting as a strategic advisor to ensure solutions deliver measurable value and long-term impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and define enterprise-level business architecture to support organisational strategy and transformation objectives.
- Lead requirements elicitation work across complex stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment between business goals, technology capabilities, and customer outcomes.
- Own the development and evolution of strategic business capabilities, value streams, and operating models.
- Drive end-to-end process optimisation, including facilitation of high-pressure workshops (remote and F2F) to produce high-quality, real-time outputs.
- Provide architectural thought leadership, guiding cross-functional teams toward the right frameworks, patterns, and governance.
- Translate complex business challenges into structured insights, delivering clear documentation, models, and recommendations that support executive decision-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring all solutions deliver measurable value, reduce risk, and support long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Contribute to and coach others in best-practice methods, raising the capability of the broader change community.
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience in senior business architecture roles, ideally within large-scale transformation or multi-year strategic programmes.
- Deep knowledge of business architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, BIZBOK, or similar.
- Expert-level process design and mapping capability, with demonstrable mastery of tools such as Liberty Spark/Skore, ARIS, iGrafix, or equivalent.
- Proven ability to influence at executive level, with exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, capable of interpreting ambiguous or complex information and turning it into coherent strategies.
- Experience working in hybrid, consulting, or client-facing environments, balancing autonomy with tight delivery deadlines.
- Background in enterprise IT, digital transformation, target operating model design, or data-driven change is highly advantageous.
- High attention to detail, combined with the ability to deliver structured outputs at speed.
