Role Overview

Differentis is seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

This hybrid role involves working directly with clients on-site while offering flexibility to work from home.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic initiatives by gathering and analysing business requirements, conducting in-depth process reviews, and driving improvements that align with our clients' goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, document, and manage business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business objectives with technical solutions.
  • Process Mapping within a live workshop environment (remote and F2F)
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear documentation.
  • Ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and deliver measurable value.
  • Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business process mapping and improvement.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Liberty Spark/Skore, ARIS, and i Grafix is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with client-facing responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in IT or digital transformation projects is a strong advantage.
  • Desirable experience working with Higher Education, Healthcare, or other similar environments
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
