Differentis is looking for a Change Manager for one of our clients to support a change programme by ensuring effective people side change, with a focus on engagement, communication, and adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Support stakeholder engagement and alignment across the programme
- Deliver and manage programme communications
- Support training and business readiness activities
- Assist with change impact and adoption activities
- Work closely with delivery teams to embed change into rollout
- Drive user engagement, awareness, and adoption of new ways of working
