We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Project Manager / Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of client projects while actively contributing to business development efforts. This dual-role position is ideal for someone with a consultancy background who is confident managing end-to-end project lifecycles, building strong client relationships, and playing a strategic role in expanding our client base and service offering. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Ensure high-quality delivery through effective resource planning, stakeholder management, and governance.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and internal leadership.
- Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to add value and extend our services within client accounts.
- Actively contribute to business development efforts by identifying and qualifying new opportunities.
- Support proposal development, including scoping, resourcing, and pricing input.
- Represent the company in client meetings, pitches, and networking events.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape and refine go-to-market strategies.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in project management and delivery within a consultancy or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to support new business development and contribute to sales/proposal efforts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
