Differentis are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of a complex Oracle Fusion (Cloud ERP) programme. This is a senior role requiring strong technical delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and experience working across large-scale, multi-stakeholder environments.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years in Technical Delivery, Programme Management, or IT Operations
- At least one full Oracle Fusion (Cloud ERP) implementation lifecycle, ideally across Finance and/or HR modules
- Experience managing system integrators and third-party suppliers, including commercial oversight
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise programmes
- Experience designing and implementing support models
- Strong service management background
- Stakeholder engagement at senior/executive level
- People or team leadership experience, direct or matrix
- Familiarity with Oracle tooling and update cycle
- Desirable to have experience within higher education or large public sector organisations
