Differentis are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of a complex Oracle Fusion (Cloud ERP) programme. This is a senior role requiring strong technical delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and experience working across large-scale, multi-stakeholder environments.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years in Technical Delivery, Programme Management, or IT Operations
  • At least one full Oracle Fusion (Cloud ERP) implementation lifecycle, ideally across Finance and/or HR modules
  • Experience managing system integrators and third-party suppliers, including commercial oversight
  • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise programmes
  • Experience designing and implementing support models
  • Strong service management background
  • Stakeholder engagement at senior/executive level
  • People or team leadership experience, direct or matrix
  • Familiarity with Oracle tooling and update cycle
  • Desirable to have experience within higher education or large public sector organisations
