Role Details: Hybrid, Inside IR35 role. Differentis is looking for a Change Manager for one of our clients to support a change programme by ensuring effective people side change, with a focus on engagement, communication, and adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Support stakeholder engagement and alignment across the programme
  • Deliver and manage programme communications
  • Support training and business readiness activities
  • Assist with change impact and adoption activities
  • Work closely with delivery teams to embed change into rollout
  • Drive user engagement, awareness, and adoption of new ways of working
