If you\’re passionate about performance marketing and want to make a real impact on growing businesses, this is your stage.What You\’ll Own Campaign Excellence & Growth: Manage and optimise high-impact Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance MaxAnalyse performance data with a keen eye , identifying opportunities and acting on insights that drive real, profitable business growthDeploy advanced bid strategies, audience targeting, and ad extensions to consistently exceed client goalsConduct rigorous A/B tests to improve CTR, conversion rates, and ad relevance across your portfolioClient Partnership & Success: Serve as the trusted strategic advisor for 8-11 client accounts, translating their business goals into winning PPC strategiesDeliver clear, insight-rich performance reports that tell the story behind the numbersBuild relationships based on transparency , proactive communication, and consistent resultsIdentify and present upsell opportunities across Meta, Email, and Creative servicesStrategic Innovation & Collaboration: Work closely with wider team members to align on strategy and solve complex challengesShare knowledge and insights with the wider team, contributing to our collective growthStay ahead of the curve with new PPC features and industry trends, applying cutting-edge tactics to client accountsContribute to workflow improvements and operational excellence initiativesWhat You Bring Essential Experience: 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads management within a digital marketing agency or eCommerce environmentProven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high performance standardsStrong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and performance optimisationUnderstanding of key business metrics , profitability and client marginsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships based on trust and resultsSelf-motivated with excellent time management and prioritisation skillsFluent English communication skills, both written and verbalTechnical Expertise: Deep understanding of Google Ads platforms (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max)Experience with bid management, audience targeting, and conversion trackingProficiency in Google Analytics , Google Tag Manager, Triple Whale and other relevant toolsStrong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reportingKnowledge of eCommerce best practices and conversion optimisationWhat Would Make You Stand Out: Experience with other paid media platforms (Meta, Microsoft Ads, etc.)Background in eCommerce or D2C brandsFamiliarity with Shopify and eCommerce analytics toolsExperience mentoring junior team membersA passion for staying current with industry trends and best practices
