Due to continued growth and success, Total Security are on the lookout for a QA Test Analyst to expand the team. The role is fully office based at our HQ in Segensworth, PO15 5TT.

What you’ll do:
- ● Maintaining excellent communication channels with the operations team and development teams for bug/issue identification and resolution.
● Working with the Test Team to test software UI & UX across all supported platforms
● Proactively and periodically testing web and software platforms for defects.
● Providing regular and thorough reports on testing activities as required.
● Responsible for QA of Web Development deployments, with assistance from the wider test team.
● Testing and signing off development tasks as required and proactively looking at areas outside of department remit where assistance is needed.
● Management & maintenance of manual suites and automated testing platforms; GhostInspector, TestPad and any future systems employed.
● Updating test cases and scenarios as warranted
● End-to-end test failure resolution
● Support on strategic projects, as required.
● Any other duties as requested by the Senior Management Team
Skills/Experience:
- ● Degree in Product, Development or related IT field, or equivalent is desirable
● External testing qualification (ISTQB etc..) or equivalent relevant experience
● Minimum of 2 years working in a testing focussed role
● Experience within eCommerce / SaaS business
● Analytical skills and attention to detail
● Competent in identifying and resolving issues independently
● The ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential in all areas of this role
● Desire to further knowledge of key trends in technology
● Strong organizational and follow up skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a high volume environment
● Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
● Proactive, ability to use own initiative and take lead to devise creative solutions
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Passionate and driven personality
● Working with automated testing frameworks eg. Selenium (Beneficial)
