Your Role
As a Partnerships Account Manager you will provide world-class support to a growing portfolio of university partners, focusing on the UK market ensuring smooth onboarding & seamless program implementation, encouraging program adoption and success, and you will be responsible for delivering recurring & increasing revenues through partnership renewals and expansion.
As the primary contact for your partnerships, your role will cover the full spectrum of account management and customer success.
This is a short-term maternity cover position with a minimum duration of 6 months.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Account Management (70%):
Partnership Support
- Manage a portfolio of university programs with a focus on client success
- Collaborate with partners to plan the program logistics, ensuring our systems are up-to-date to allow delivery teams to meet client expectations
- Liaise with internal stakeholders at each stage of program delivery – strong communication skills are essential.
Student Support and Recruitment
- Work with our partners to create marketing collateral to share with students and faculty to promote programs.
- Deliver virtual informational sessions to faculty and students
- Work with university partners to foster relationships with participants and alumni of the program, growing the number of global ambassadors at partner universities
Marketing and Communications
- Work with digital teams and marketing colleagues to create co-branded marketing materials for custom programs
- Support thought-leadership and development delivering webinars and sessions about Virtual Internships
Program Reporting
- Work within our CRM, our new tech platform, and with the Company Experience team to deliver high-quality reports to all partners on a set or ad hoc basis
- Conduct thorough evaluations of each program following their close
- Create post-program reports with the aim of renewing and growing our partnerships with clients
2. Business Development (20%):
Contract Renewals and Expansion (Growth)
- Ensure sustainable growth within your client base, expanding programs to new faculty or departments. KPIs are structured around expansions and growth.
- Work to build a working relationship with your university contacts to build a stronger and more targeted recruitment pipeline to drive interest in our programs
- Ensure positive program support to build contract renewals which will require contract negotiations and renewal of program fees and inclusions
Conference Attendance and Planning
- Attend in-person and virtual conferences as well as supporting the submission of session proposals with partners
- Assist entire Partnerships teams in preparing for conferences
3. General Tasks (10%):
- Market research – ensuring we are always in the know about the market, market trends and sector insights
- Data management in our CRM systems
- Support of Partnerships team on global projects

Your Experience
- 3+ years of Partnerships and/or Key Account Management experience
- Experience in working with external clients and translating complex information to an internal audience – and vice versa.
- Demonstrable experience in developing strong partnerships to meet business objectives and KPIs
- Comfortable performing data analysis and making decisions based on the results
- Proactive self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders
