We are looking for talented therapists to join our rapidly expanding Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) across London and the surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do: As a Words First Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT), you’ll develop and deliver tailored speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of children across mainstream primary, secondary, and specialist settings. You’ll work at Universal, Targeted, and Specialist levels, supporting between 1 and 4 schools—all within a reasonable commute from your location. Plus, enjoy one full day every other week to work from home on caseload management, research, and planning!

Who We’re Looking For: We’re searching for passionate, driven, and reliable individuals who are:
- Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills
- Excited to collaborate within an MDT and learn from peers
- Adaptable, patient, and empathetic in their approach
- Experienced in working with children, preferably in a school setting
- Skilled in report writing, with at least one year of experience as a paediatric speech and language therapist
Minimum Requirements:
- HCPC-approved Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Speech and Language Therapy
- Full HCPC registration or in the process of registration
- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check (covered by Words First)
