We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and creative Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our marketing activities across brand, content, events, thought leadership and digital channels. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys turning strategy into action and who is comfortable using AI‑enabled tools to improve marketing quality and efficiency. Working closely with the CEO, Senior Product Marketing lead and commercial teams, you will be responsible for delivering impactful marketing programmes that strengthen our brand, grow our audience, generate demand and support business growth.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will partner with the Senior Product Marketing Manager to deliver integrated go‑to‑market campaigns and product launches, work closely with commercial teams to align marketing activity with pipeline and revenue objectives, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives. You will own the day‑to‑day execution of marketing programmes, ensuring consistent, high‑quality engagement while helping position Powerverse as a trusted leader in the energy transition.
Key Responsibilities- Content Marketing & Brand
- Own and execute the company's content marketing programme across key channels.
- Develop and manage editorial calendars to support brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial objectives.
- Create, coordinate and publish content including articles, case studies, newsletters, social content and marketing collateral.
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer‑facing communications and assets.
- LinkedIn & Social Media
- Lead brand‑led LinkedIn activity as a core driver of brand awareness, market credibility and company positioning.
- Develop and execute engaging content that supports business objectives and audience growth.
- Support demand generation campaigns through content creation, campaign execution and optimisation.
- Monitor performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement, reach and conversion.
- Executive Thought Leadership
- Own and manage CEO and SVP Sales thought leadership content across LinkedIn.
- Identify content opportunities, draft and coordinate content production, and maintain a consistent executive presence.
- Help position senior leadership as recognised voices within the industry.
- Events & Webinars
- Manage webinars and industry events from planning through execution and follow‑up.
- Drive event attendance and engagement through targeted campaigns, email nurture programmes and personalised outreach.
- Partner closely with sales teams to maximise meeting generation and pipeline opportunities arising from events.
- Track and report on event performance and outcomes.
- Email Marketing
- Manage direct‑to‑customer communications, including product updates, announcements and customer engagement campaigns.
- Build and execute email nurture sequences to support marketing and sales objectives.
- Continuously optimise email performance through testing, segmentation and analysis.
- Podcasts
- Manage content planning and production for the Next Time Around company podcast and The Whole Leader CEO podcast.
- Coordinate guests, schedules, content development and promotional activity.
- Develop and execute initiatives to increase audience growth, engagement and downloads.
- Website & Marketing Assets
- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content remains current, accurate and aligned with business priorities.
- Manage the creation and upkeep of marketing assets, sales collateral and supporting materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience, content effectiveness and conversion performance.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B marketing.
- Experience in the cleantech, renewable energy or broader energy sector is desirable.
- A clear track record of delivering work independently, across a range of tasks.

- Strong writing and storytelling across LinkedIn, email, web and executive content.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, solution‑led messaging.

Location: London (Hybrid).
