As a carer with MSH, your role is to help people live independently at home. This may include assisting with personal care, medication reminders, companionship, and friendly conversation. You can make a real difference in someone\’s day.

Prior experience is welcomed but not necessary.

What you need to know:

• Each client is unique, with individual needs and personalities; care will be tailored accordingly.
• Your responsibilities include personal care, administering medication, shopping calls, and companionship.
• Set shift patterns with alternate weekends off.
• Must have a UK driving license
• Note: We do not sponsor visas at this time

What we need from you:

• Caring, empathetic, flexible, and respectful attitude.
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
• Driving license is essential
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Competitive hourly rate of £12.50 – £13.52 plus client uplifts (£0.50 – £4.50).
• Flexible rota with permanent contracts and guaranteed hours.
• Travel time paid at NMW between visits.
