Our Project Management team are critical to the business as the main interface between us and our customers, coordinating and expediting all aspects of projects including planning, managing budgets, coordinating the team and ensuring successful delivery. This role is 100% site-based, working closely with both internal teams and our customer managing complex, fast-paced marine projects.

So what will you do?
- You’ll take full ownership of multi-million-pound marine projects, from the initial estimating, design and planning stages through to final delivery, ensuring all technical, financial, and stakeholder requirements are met.
- You’ll manage and coordinate all stakeholders by developing and executing detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation and budget management.
- You’ll facilitate communication and collaboration while monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- You’ll ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications providing regular project updates and reports to your senior leadership team and our clients.
What are we looking for?
- An Engineering qualification – preferably in mechanical engineering or similar with solid project management experience in ship repair, defence, or a marine engineering environment.
- Someone who thrives in a busy, boots-on-the-ground setting — not behind a desk.
- Confidence in working day to day with senior stakeholders, including your customer.
- Eligibility for MOD security clearance is essential.
- Competency using MS Office and planning tools eg MS Project / Primavera or similar.
- Procurement and budget management skills including data analysis, excel and management reporting capability with accuracy and attention to detail.
- A strong planner and organiser comfortable making decisions to meet targets.
