Your Opportunity to Make a Difference
Due to internal progression this role has become available. As our Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Home Manager, inspiring our team and ensuring our residents continue to receive exceptional, person-centred care.
This isn't just an office-based management role. We're looking for a visible, approachable and hands-on leader who enjoys being part of the team.
You'll work some clinical shifts alongside colleagues, using your experience to coach, mentor, develop and inspire our care team, leading by example and helping everyone reach their full potential.
You'll help us build on our recent successes, maintain our high standards and ensure Tenlands remains a home where residents feel valued, families feel reassured and staff feel proud to work.
Could You Be the Perfect Fit?
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Proven experience in a senior care or Deputy Manager role.
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality residential and dementia care.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop others.
- A sound understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding and care quality.
- A positive, supportive and approachable management style.
- A willingness to lead from the front and work alongside the team.
- Most importantly, a big heart, high standards and a belief that great care starts with great people!
