Nellsar is seeking an experienced People Business Partner to manage HR and employee relations across our Homes. The role is split between advisory support and formal investigations, acting as the first point of contact for managers and guiding complex casework with Head of People & Culture.
You will own end-to-end ER casework, lead disciplinary and conduct investigations, coach managers on policy and process, and ensure documentation and reporting are audit-ready.
