The role
Being a caring, compassionate person who respects residents’ dignity and privacy, you will help maintain their independence, promote wellbeing, and support their physical and mental health.
Key responsibilities
- Ensuring residents are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences are considered to enhance wellbeing.
- Following care plans, assessments and risk assessments and other care documentation.
- Promoting and safeguarding residents’ welfare.
- Maintaining residents’ independence, privacy and dignity.
- Keeping accurate and up‑to‑date records of all care given in the software package.
- Adhering to infection control procedures.
