As a Healthcare Assistant at Nellsar Care Homes, you will be part of an exceptionally supportive team, providing outstanding physical, emotional, and social assistance to the residents of The Old Downs Residential Care Home.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring that residents are at the heart of care delivery and that their wishes and preferences are taken into consideration to enhance their wellbeing.
- Ensuring care plans, assessments and risk assessments and other care documentation are in place to support residents and are followed accordingly.
- Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of residents.
- Maintaining the residents’ independence, privacy, and dignity at all times.
- Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records of all care given, using our software package (handheld devices).
- Adhering to Infection Control procedures.
