With the Full Fibre Network Build sector booming, GCU UK Ltd is excited to welcome an Assistant/Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Glasgow. We are committed to fostering a supportive work environment where inquisitive, eager-to-learn individuals feel empowered to seek advice and guidance.

What We expect of you:

Under the guidance of the Commercial and Surveying Team, you will be trained to excel in areas such as estimating, cost planning, contract administration, and on-site measurement. You\’ll handle cost reporting, final account preparation, and dispute resolution, while engaging with clients and site teams. Your responsibilities will also include managing monthly valuations, commercial reporting, variations, and subcontractor payments, with a strong focus on health, safety, risk management, and margin control.

You will hold or are graduating with a HND or above in Quantity Surveying along with a valid driving licence for driving in the UK. We will also consider those in a Commercial Assistant/Administrator role, who are looking for the next step in their career.

Business travel across GCU UK Ltd locations is expected.
