Different Dog is entering an exciting and critical phase of growth. We are evolving our brand, refining our proposition, and scaling customer acquisition across new and existing channels. You will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer and partner deeply with the Brand & Creative team to ensure media, creative and proposition work together to drive sustainable growth.

At Different Dog, we’re on a mission to change dogs’ lives with real food. We are a team of passionate dog lovers who believe that nutrition matters, and our recipes are built on proven science, with support from our in-house vet and nutritionist. Having seen behind the curtain of the processed pet food industry, we decided to do everything differently. We are a subscription-based B Corp™ delivering hand-cooked, healthy food to over 20,000 UK dogs.
Growth strategy & performance ownership
- Ensure marketing investment is allocated effectively based on performance and testing insights
- Own performance across all acquisition channels, including online channels: Meta, Google, YouTube and TikTok
- Media planning for both online and offline channels
- Channel performance and budget optimisation
- Driving continuous testing and learning across media and creative
- Oversee CRM programmes, including email and lifecycle communications
Creative effectiveness
Creative performance is a core growth lever. This role owns the creative effectiveness process, ensuring a strong feedback loop between media performance and creative development.
- Defining and running the creative testing framework
- Providing performance insights to guide creative development
- Partnering closely with the Brand & Creative team to improve creative impact
- Managing the performance creative agency
The internal creative team reports to the Head of Brand, so strong collaboration between Growth and Brand is critical.
Manage agency partners across performance channels
Experience building and running high-performance growth engines, combining media, creative testing, CRO and lifecycle marketing. Comfortable working with data to drive decisions. Deep understanding of creative performance and media effectiveness.
