Dietz Property Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Technician (32 hours per week) to join the team at one of our premier apartment communities in the Gosport, IN area.

Overview
As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for the repair and upkeep of our apartment community.
This includes, but is not limited to, providing exemplary service to the community's residents, timely completion of service requests, performing preventative maintenance and unit inspections/rehabilitation as scheduled by the Community Director.
- Job Duties
- Complete service requests, preventive maintenance, and unit rehabilitation as scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Director.
- Complete required property and unit inspections and ensure any follow-up work is completed as scheduled.
- Provide quality and professional service to residents.
- Ensure that all equipment, vehicles and shop areas are kept clean.
- The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Any experience in maintenance, construction, a skilled trade, home repair, or as a maintenance tech would be highly desirable, but we will train and mentor the right individual for a rewarding career in property management!
- Ability to frequently push or pull up to 50 lbs., occasionally lift up to 75 lbs., kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
