We are a dynamic, rapidly growing investment company based in the vibrant West End of London, and we are seeking an exceptional, highly organised, and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) / Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to a small team of Directors. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our executive function, requiring discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary Management: Proactively managing and coordinating demanding schedules, meetings (internal and external), and conference calls across multiple time zones.
- Travel Coordination: Arranging and managing extensive and detailed international and domestic travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries.
- Correspondence & Communication: Acting as the primary gatekeeper, handling and drafting professional correspondence, screening calls, and managing email inboxes.
- Meeting Support: Preparing meeting materials, including presentations and reports, taking minutes, and following up on action points to ensure timely completion.
- Administrative Support: Processing expenses, managing invoicing, and maintaining an efficient and organised filing system (digital and physical).
- Office Liaison: Serving as the key link between the Directors and internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Assisting with various business and personal administrative tasks and projects as required.

- Proven Experience: 2+ years in an EA/PA role supporting senior management, ideally within professional services.
- Location: Within commutable distance to our West End office.
