We are seeking a highly professional, organized, and friendly Front of House Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage a busy reception area efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and Welcoming: Warmly greet and welcome all guests, clients, vendors, and job applicants, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
  • Visitor Management: Manage the visitor log/system (e.g., sign‑in/out, badge issuance) and notify employees of their guests' arrival promptly.
  • Answering and Directing Calls: Professionally answer, screen, and direct all incoming phone calls to the appropriate employee or department.
  • Lobby Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the reception area and common spaces (e.g., meeting rooms).

Administrative and Office Support

  • Mail and Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, courier packages, and deliveries. Prepare outgoing mail and shipments.
  • Scheduling: Assist with scheduling and coordinating meeting room bookings, ensuring they are prepared and cleared after use.

Required Qualifications & Skills
