We are looking for a young, hungry and highly organised Marketing Lead to become the brand ambassador for Diesta. You will report directly to the CEO and own how Diesta shows up in the market across content, campaigns, events and community. This is a hands‑on role. You will be creating content, filming videos, editing assets, running campaigns, organising events and helping shape Diesta’s voice in the insurance payments space. We want someone who is energetic, creative and excited by the idea of making finance in insurance feel modern, ambitious and culturally relevant.

Our goal is not just to market software. We want to make Diesta a lifestyle brand for finance professionals in insurance: the company people follow, talk about, learn from and want to be associated with.

Responsibilities
  • Brand and Content: Own Diesta’s day‑to‑day brand presence across LinkedIn and other relevant channels. Create high‑quality video, image and written assets that communicate Diesta’s product, mission, customer stories and market perspective. Film, edit and publish regular content featuring the team, customers, product updates, events and thought leadership.
  • Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns that build awareness, generate demand and support sales. Work closely with the CEO and commercial team to turn company milestones, partnerships, product launches and market insights into compelling campaigns.
  • Events and Community: Regularly organise finance and insurance‑focused events, including roundtables, breakfasts, drinks, panels and community gatherings. Build Diesta’s reputation as a convener of the best people in insurance finance, operations and payments.
  • Thought Leadership: Help turn Diesta’s insights into market‑facing content. Support whitepapers, reports, interviews, short‑form videos, customer stories and opinion pieces that position Diesta as the leading voice in insurance payments.
  • Sales Enablement: Create marketing materials that support investor, client and partner conversations, including case studies, short decks, product explainers, video clips and event follow‑ups.
What We’re Looking For

You should have applicable marketing experience, ideally in a startup, fintech, SaaS, insurance, payments or B2B environment. You need to be highly comfortable creating content yourself, especially filming and editing video. This is not a role for someone who only wants to manage agencies or write strategy documents.

You should be organised, enthusiastic and proactive. You will need to spot opportunities, move quickly and take ownership without waiting to be told every next step. You should enjoy being around people, building relationships and representing Diesta in the market.

Required Skills
  • Strong video filming and editing skills are essential.
  • You should be confident creating content for LinkedIn and other social channels, managing campaigns, organising events and writing clear, sharp marketing copy.
  • You should be comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and turning rough ideas into polished external‑facing assets.
Ideal Profile

You are early in your career but already have real marketing experience. You are ambitious, creative and commercially minded. You want ownership, not bureaucracy. You are excited by startups, enjoy moving fast and want to build a brand from the inside.

You understand that great marketing is not just design and posting. It is storytelling, consistency, distribution, energy and taste.

Join a mission‑driven team addressing real pain points in insurance finance. Be part of a lean, high‑performing team with direct impact on product and client outcomes. Work with top insurers and brokers in an industry ripe for disruption. A culture of high trust, low ego: we value competence, commitment, and transparency. Hybrid work model with a central London office (Bank / Liverpool Street). Regular team lunches and international offsites. State‑of‑the‑art technical equipment. 22 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays).

Marketing Lead employer: Diesta Ltd.

As a Marketing Lead, you will have the unique opportunity to shape our brand in the insurance payments space while working closely with the CEO and a passionate team. With a hybrid work model based in central London, we offer a supportive environment that encourages creativity, personal growth, and meaningful contributions, alongside benefits like regular team lunches, international offsites, and state-of-the-art equipment.
