We are hiring for the Partnership Lead role to own and scale Diesta’s strategic partner ecosystem. This is a hybrid role spanning partnerships, project delivery, and product collaboration, focused on turning external relationships into real commercial and operational outcomes. You will act as the central point of coordination between Diesta and key partners (banks, insurers, vendors), ensuring integrations, joint initiatives, and new opportunities are executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnerships
    • Own and develop relationships with key external partners (e.g. banks, insurers, platforms)
    • Identify and unlock new partnership opportunities aligned with Diesta’s growth
    • Act as the internal expert on partner capabilities and points of contact
  • Execution & Delivery
    • Lead end-to-end delivery of partnership initiatives (e.g. integrations, joint product work)
    • Coordinate across internal teams (product, engineering, commercial) and external stakeholders
    • Ensure timelines, communication, and outcomes are tightly managed
  • Integrations & Enablement
    • Build deep familiarity with banking and partner ecosystems to streamline client integrations
    • Support clients and internal teams in navigating partner relationships efficiently
    • Reduce friction in onboarding and operational workflows involving third parties
  • Product & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with product and engineering on partner-driven features and enhancements
    • Contribute to initiatives where partnerships intersect with product development
  • Process & Communication
    • Own all partner-facing communication and internal coordination
    • Establish lightweight processes to manage partnerships at scale
    • Maintain clarity and momentum across multiple concurrent initiatives

  • Strong operator: able to move between strategy and execution seamlessly
