Key Responsibilities
- Act and think first of the client and their experience, with an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients.
- Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
- Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions.
- Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them.
- Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, driving individual and team objectives and being accountable for sales results.
- Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximise sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Prove brand and product knowledge.
- Manage payment operations including return, refund, remote sales, tax-free in a punctual and accurate manner.
- Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display to high standards, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to ensuring a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor.
- Think innovatively about how to improve and generate new ways, staying up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors.
- Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
- Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in sales roles; experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus.
- Passionate about retail, client service and commercial mindset.
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to evolve in the organization; willingness to relocate is a plus.
- Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
