Being an Assistant Bar Manager means taking the lead in delivering an outstanding bar experience while helping to create the atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back time and time again.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead with Positivity: Support, guide, and motivate the bar team, setting the tone for excellent service, great drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Be a Team Player: Work closely with the Bar Manager, kitchen, front-of-house, and wider management team to maintain strong communication and a united approach.
  • Keep the Bar Running Smoothly: Oversee bar service, ensuring everything is prepared, organised, and running efficiently from open to close, even during busy periods.
  • Champion the Guest Experience: Engage with guests, handle queries, and ensure every drink and interaction meets the high standards we’re known for.
  • Support & Develop the Team: Help train new starters and develop existing team members, building a confident, knowledgeable, and motivated bar team.
  • Own the Details: Support stock management, ordering, cleanliness, wastage, and bar standards to ensure the operation stays efficient and commercially strong.
