What You’ll Do

  • Lead with Positivity: Support, guide, and motivate the front‑of‑house team, setting the tone for excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Be a Team Player: Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and wider management team to maintain strong communication and a united approach.
  • Keep Service Running Smoothly: Oversee the restaurant and bar, dealing with any issues quickly and ensuring everything runs efficiently from open to close.
  • Champion the Guest Experience: Greet guests, handle queries, and ensure every person who walks through the door feels valued and looked after.
  • Support & Develop the Team: Help train new starters and encourage the development of existing team members, building a confident, cohesive team.
