Senior Implementation and Transformation Analyst sets up and installs technical systems, applications or processes related to ATM, Self-Checkout and other equipment/application implementation and operation. Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems, identifying and documenting technical issues and ensuring their appropriate escalation and resolution. May work with clients on-site or remotely to provide installation assistance. Provides complete professional service support, including the identification and development of solutions, systems, applications and processes to meet client needs and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Independently leads small- to mid-size customer implementations and projects.
- Schedules/re-schedules manufacturing dates to meet customer requirements.
- Expedites equipment as needed. Releases equipment on sales orders per schedule.
- Orders supply items for installation projects (tubing, wire, etc). Verifies accuracy of sales orders.
- Coordinates resources, equipment and parts for assigned projects.
- Assembles and directs the project team to stay within the target margin or budgeted cost.
- Applies project management best practices to all implementation activity.
- Documents, updates and maintains subcontractor information including address, phone numbers, performance and certification information.
- Provides user support to ensure customer expectations are met/exceeded.
- Serves as focal point for assigned customers, addressing questions, issues and concerns.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Implementation and Transformation.
- Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
