Sets up and installs technical systems, applications or processes related to ATM, Self-Checkout and other equipment/application implementation and operation. Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems, identifying and documenting technical issues and ensuring their appropriate escalation and resolution. May work with clients on-site or remotely to provide installation assistance. Provides complete professional service support, including the identification and development of solutions, systems, applications and processes to meet client needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Semi-independently leads small customer implementations and projects.
  • Supports other analysts on large client implementations.
  • Assembles total solution offerings, statements of work and other requirements necessary to fulfill sales proposals.
  • Reviews customer requests against requirement specifications.
  • Works with customers to develop an implementation project plan, including schedule, responsibilities, deliverables and terms of acceptance.
  • Ensures that all project team members understand DN policies, standards and procedures.
  • Provides clients with regular implementation updates.
  • Follows defined processes and provides feedback to team leadership on process status.
  • Tests, troubleshoots and documents specific customer issues.
  • Escalates complex issues according to the defined escalation process.
  • Delivers customer-facing training on technical systems, applications and processes.
  • Ensures customer acceptance of project deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Implementation and Transformation.
  • Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
