This role is fully remote and it is based in London area. We are looking for a motivated Junior Field Technician to join our technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career who has a genuine interest in technology, IT, and gaming, but does not require previous industry experience. You will receive full training for the role and ongoing support from a dedicated mentor engineer, helping you build hands-on technical skills and confidence in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the installation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of technical equipment on major retailer POS & IT equipment
  • Learn to diagnose and resolve issues under the guidance of experienced engineers
  • Provide friendly, professional on-site support to customers
  • Develop practical IT and hardware knowledge through structured training and real-world experience
  • Configure and install applicable software
  • Perform routine checks according to documented procedures
  • Assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • A strong interest in technology, IT, or gaming
  • Ideally a recent college or university leaver
  • Willingness to learn and get hands-on with technical equipment
  • Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
  • Reliability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Have a full clean UK driving licence
