Responsibilities
- Project Coordinator - Implementation Services sets up and installs technical systems, applications or processes related to Retail Self-Checkout and other equipment / application implementation and operation.
- Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems, identifying and documenting technical issues and ensuring their appropriate escalation and resolution.
- May work with clients on-site or remotely to provide installation assistance.
- Provides complete professional service support, including the identification and development of solutions, systems, applications and processes to meet client needs and expectations.
