The Supervisor Implementation and Transformation provides leadership and oversight to the Implementation & Transformation group. Responsibilities include:
- Setting up and installing technical systems, applications or processes related to ATM, Self-Checkout and other equipment/application implementation and operation.
- Testing and troubleshooting functionality of installed systems, identifying and documenting technical issues and ensuring their appropriate escalation and resolution.
- Working with clients on-site or remotely to provide installation assistance.
- Providing complete professional service support, including the identification and development of solutions, systems, applications and processes to meet client needs and expectations.
