This is a hybrid role, and the office is based in Milton Keynes.
Supervisor Implementation and Transformation provides leadership and oversight to the Implementation & Transformation group. Sets up and installs technical systems, applications or processes related to ATM, Self-Checkout and other equipment/application implementation and operation. Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems, identifying and documenting technical issues and ensuring their appropriate escalation and resolution. May work with clients on-site or remotely to provide installation assistance. Provides complete professional service support, including the identification and development of solutions, systems, applications and processes to meet client needs and expectations.
