Sets up and installs technical systems, applications or processes related to ATM, Self‑Checkout and other equipment/application implementation and operation. Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems, identifying and documenting technical issues and ensuring their appropriate escalation and resolution. May work with clients on‑site or remotely to provide installation assistance. Provides complete professional service support, including the identification and development of solutions, systems, applications and processes to meet client needs and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Semi‑independently leads small customer implementations and projects.
- Supports other analysts on large client implementations.
- Assembles total solution offerings, statements of work and other requirements necessary to fulfill sales proposals.
- Reviews customer requests against requirement specifications.
- Works with customers to develop an implementation project plan, including schedule, responsibilities, deliverables and terms of acceptance.
- Ensures that all project team members understand DN policies, standards and procedures.
- Provides clients with regular implementation updates.
- Follows defined processes and provides feedback to team leadership on process status.
- Tests, troubleshoots and documents specific customer issues.
- Escalates complex issues according to the defined escalation process.
- Delivers customer‑facing training on technical systems, applications and processes.
- Ensures customer acceptance of project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 2‑4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Implementation and Transformation.
- Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
