Junior HR Advisor - Central London (37.5 hours)
To provide end to end low level ER advice to store managers contributing to a positive employee experience and consistent application of HR policies and procedures. The role involves administration for case management and supporting the senior HR Advisors across all HR touchpoints, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide first line response to Store Managers on HR policies and procedures, while actively promoting the use of our HR toolkits.
- Support managers and employees with low-level ER issues such as absence management, probation reviews, and performance queries.
- Assist the HR Advisory team in maintaining and updating our HR toolkits as required.
- Escalate complex ER matters to the HR Advisory team as appropriate.
- Assist in setting up meetings and notetaking during ER meetings and investigations.
- Manage HR inbox and respond to routine queries.
- Maintain and update employee relations tracker with case details.
- Prepare HR documentation including invite letters and outcome letters.
- Coordinate training sessions

- Support data collection and reporting for audits and internal reviews.
- HR administration.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to deliver projects and initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.
Qualifications
- Previous Experience in an HR coordinator role (within the Employee Relations Team) ideally within retail.
- Familiarity with HR systems and processes.
- Exposure to employee relations issues and low-level advisory support.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, busy, confidential environment.
