Position: Receptionist / Pupil Services Administrator
Working: Term Time only. 1 day per week (Wednesdays)
Hours: 8am-4pm (inc. daily 20‑minute unpaid break)
Contract: Permanent, Grade 5
Salary: £4,446.78 - £4,589.13 per annum (pro‑rata)
Responsibilities:
- Provide reception and customer service duties at the school’s main reception.
- Answer and direct visitor enquiries, and manage student queries.
- Oversee the school’s main first‑aid room and ensure it meets safety standards.
- Work effectively as part of a team while exercising initiative and discretion.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors and support the pupil services team as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a reception or customer‑facing role preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
