Position: Receptionist / Pupil Services Administrator
Contract: Permanent, Grade 5 (1-day) and Grade 6 (2-days)
Working: Term Time only, 2 days per week (Mondays and Tuesdays) 8:40am-4pm (incl. 20‑minute unpaid break). One day per week (Wednesdays) 8am-4pm (incl. 20‑minute unpaid break).
Start date: September 2026
Salary: £12,956.85–£13,809.85 per annum (pro‑rata)
Responsibilities:
- One day a week receiving visitors at the school’s main reception, dealing with student queries and helping oversee the main first‑aid room.
- Two days a week in the main school office, manning the switchboard and working with colleagues to ensure smooth day‑to‑day running of the school.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work well with staff, students, parents and visitors; effective in a team while using own initiative.
