Our client is seeking an experienced and organised Property Manager to join their team on a part-time basis, managing a portfolio of approximately 30 residential properties.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous property management experience essential
  • Experience using Arthur property management software
  • Working knowledge of Xero
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage maintenance, compliance, tenant enquiries, and contractor coordination efficiently

Hours: 25 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 2:00pm Office-based role
