Checking receipts, chasing missing data and processing invoices and payments. * Support hotel bookings * Minute Taking * Maintain office systems, records, and procedures. * Admin Support Chasing missing PO, invoicing, * Chasing missing PO, invoicing * Admin Support for Sales – Chasing missing invoices * Support all back office functions Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate the: * Ability to hit the ground running * Open and honest individual with a vibrant personality
