As a Deal Originator you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential acquisition targets and investors. You’ll work closely with senior members of the Corporate Finance team to generate new deal opportunities and manage the early stages of the transaction process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential buyers, investors, and acquisition targets across multiple sectors.
- Research and map markets to build and maintain a strong origination pipeline.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, private equity firms, and corporate investors.
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities and prepare relevant materials for the deal team.
- Collaborate with senior advisors to present opportunities to clients and support deal strategy discussions.
- Track origination metrics and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Attend networking events.
