Corporate Finance Executive This role works closely with and reports into the Senior Corporate Finance Director , and is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the lead advisory elements of Corporate Finance including: * Research * Financial analysis * Financial modelling * Report writing * Project management You will be part of a team working on all transactions. These deals will include MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals and strategic reviews in the mid-range sector. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant, and have excellent communication and commercial skills with a strong personal drive to succeed in this profession. Team spirit is very important, along with the capability of acting on your own initiative in a stand-alone capacity where required The role is based in the North- West – with some hybrid working
