Our client is seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join their growing audit and assurance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take ownership of audit assignments, support junior staff, and work closely with managers and partners across a varied client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver audit assignments from planning through to completion
  • Prepare and review statutory accounts in line with UK GAAP/IFRS
  • Supervise, mentor, and review the work of audit juniors
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients during audits
  • Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and professional standards

Requirements

  • ACA / ACCA qualified or finalist
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in external audit within practice
  • Strong technical accounting and audit knowledge
  • Experience leading audits and supervising junior staff
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office
