Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support their sales team, with a strong focus on tender and bid management. This is a key role ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant tender submissions while providing wider administrative support to the sales function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, coordinate, and submit tender and bid documentation to tight deadlines
  • Review tender requirements and ensure all responses are accurate and compliant
  • Maintain tender libraries, templates, and supporting documentation
